Class Schedule

All classes are included in your Easton Gym Co. membership! Please see the back for class descriptions. Classes are approximately 50 minutes.

We encourage members to bring their own personal gear such as yoga mats, boxing gloves, wrist wraps, etc. as to avoid transmission of viruses and germs.

Your comments and suggestions are always encouraged. It is with them that we'll be able to build the class program that our community wants!

BODY BLAST -w/ Jess G.

Full body, high intensity interval workout, mixing exercises focusing on strength and stability. Using a mix of cardio bursts, weights, bands and kettle bells, this class will get you ready for the weekend!

MAT BODY BURN -w/ Marlyn O.

This one hour class will challenge your ability to harness the connection between mind and body by guiding you through a series of exercises to tone and transform your body. Through a combination of training such as cardio, calisthenics, stability, endurance and flexibility all participants will have a well rounded fitness experience. All levels are welcomed.

MIND MUSCLE MOVEMENT - w/ Amelia

A pre/post workout class to engage the muscles for a warm up and/or cool down that will enhance your training and muscle development.

JUST PEACHY - w/ Cindy DLC.

Want a stronger body? Then let's start with that PEACH! Come get those glutes fired up as Cindy takes you through a fun and energetic workout focused on hitting all the different muscles in the glutes to give you that strong, perky peach!

CIRCUIT WORK IT -w/ Andrew S.

Come join this high energy circuit class. You'll get your heart rate up and get a full body workout while having a great time! A perfect way to start off your week!

STRENGTH STATIONS - w/ Jess G.

Challenge yourself in this well rounded full body workout.. Using weights, TRX, a rowing machine and slam balls to workout using various stations.

POWER YOGA FLOW - w/ Ali R.

Ali carefully curates her sequences to mindfully move and strengthen the body. This class offers traditional vinyasa, combined with great music to help you stay in your practice, learn about your body and get out of your head. Vinyasa/Power Flow will be challenging but will leave you feeling balanced and recharged.

YOGA FOR ATHLETES - w/ Erika A.

An active stretch and recovery-based yoga flow intended to reduce muscle and mental stress and put your body in repair mode. Work on your mobility to become stronger and get a better range of motion. This is crucial not only in your performance at the gym but your daily movements!

GET YIN-SYNC - w/ Johnny A.

While "yang" yoga focuses on your muscles, this "YIN" yoga class targets your deep connective
tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It's slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body.

RESTORE YOGA - w/ Deborah G.

Experience the Healing Power of Restorative Yoga.
Supported poses with slow deep stretching & deep
slow breathing create powerful peaceful vibrations.

VIEWPOINT MOVEMENT - w/ Hunter

A movement class with the intention of helping students heal nagging injuries, build flexibility and strength in a variety of scenarios, learn new skills, and develop the ownership and agency to get the most out of their movement practice.
